Derry Girls Update!

From scared and injured to safe and surrounded by love

Jenny, the tiny squirrel we rescued after she was found hiding under a grill with a broken arm, has made a full recovery. And today, we’re thrilled to share that she’s officially joined the Derry Girls (and James!) for good.

Introducing a new squirrel to an established group isn’t always easy—especially as they get older. But we knew Jenny deserved to feel included and loved. So throughout her recovery, we rotated her future stepsiblings in and out of her space, giving everyone the chance to bond slowly and naturally.

This photo was taken during her very first nap with the full group. Curled up and content, Jenny is finally where she belongs.
